Well. As you all know, I haven't been here long enough, and don't know anyone well enough to have any authority, but I do hope you take my suggestion into consideration.
My suggestion is mainly about the format of the template to tryout for. Now, don't get me wrong, a lot of the stuff in the template is good information to know, but other information seems tedious and unnecessary. I know to see someone get through this, is a way to find out if a person is dedicated or not, but when I first tried out, I worked on this for a long time, to a literal headache, just trying to come up with random stuff about what William liked, what his 'style' was, and all of this. We want this board to flourish and spread. I know I do. I really like it here, and though I haven't put forth much of an effort, I really want to see this board succeed, so I'm bringing this suggestion only to perhaps help us gather more members. Take note, this is ONLY a suggestion, please don't see me as being rude or criticizing anyone's hard work. I respect you all, and this is my opinion. Thanks.

I can see your point. I'll need a general overview coming from everyone about the profile though.

The thing that got it for me, was the needless things it had, and it did have a good hunk of them. Like the goals, likes and dislikes, the clothing style can be merged with the appearance, easily. Schooling and whatnot, it doesn't even need to fit int he series, really, you know? That, and the big dividing text was kind of annoying..

my fingers hurt from filling it out, but i still like it ^^
yet Lucius disagrees...he nearly killed himself trying to make up his character's history...

I don't know, guys. I liked the application form. It made me reread Undertaker's appearances a bunch of times and look into wikipedia's information on his anime version to get all I needed, which, in turn, helped me learn to play him a little better. The extra study/BS put into making the sheets could help others connect to it too.
Besides, I think I've seen less kind application forms before.
