I have two questions. First one is about my girl's name. When I was looking for names I came across the Name Andrina and it said it was in the late 1800's if memory serves.Is it okay if I use it? And as for my character, the scanner is off and the pixels are too big for the standard size, so I had to take a pic and edit it as close to my original as possible. Will it be okay if I use it?

Oh, I must have misread that. Sorry. If you were in the street, any place you went in there would have to be on that street. If you wanted to go to a different area you would have to start a new topic with a similar name to let others know that it was related to the other topic.
